Responsibility

The non-profit association ICOM Luxembourg, with its registered office at L-2345 Luxembourg, Marché-aux-Poissons, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number F11430, (hereinafter “ICOM”) is responsible for processing your personal data.

Purpose(s) and legal basis(s) for processing your personal data

The information you provide to us by e-mail or telephone is necessary to process your request or to contact you (for example, to send you a newsletter). The requirement to provide this personal data is contractual in nature.

Categories of recipients of personal data

The following persons are recipients of personal data: ICOM staff in the strict context of the tasks entrusted to them.

Furthermore, you expressly agree that your personal data, for professional use, may be transferred to our subcontractors or co-contractors for the purposes mentioned above and for commercial management and computer backup purposes. For these transfers, ICOM has put in place agreements that comply with the European Regulation, thus giving concrete expression to our commitment to adequately protect the processing of your personal data.

The personal data collected is processed by ICOM for the sole purpose of responding to your request and contacting you if you have any questions or require further information. The personal data collected will not be used for any other purpose and will not be kept in our systems beyond the period necessary to fulfil this purpose.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Every natural person whose personal data is collected/processed has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (www.cnpd.public.lu) if he or she believes that his or her personal data has been violated.

Data protection provisions regarding the application and use of Google Analytics
